We have become aware of recent references linking Veteran Mentors with an organisation calling itself “The Youth Regiment.”

To avoid any confusion, we wish to clarify the following:

• Matthew French ceased being a director of Veteran Mentors in November 2024. He has had no role, responsibility, or involvement with our organisation since that time.
• Veteran Mentors has no connection or affiliation with Matthew French or “The Youth Regiment.”
• Any suggestion of an association between Veteran Mentors and “The Youth Regiment” is incorrect.

Veteran Mentors remains committed to our own well-established programs that support young people and families through resilience, leadership, and connection.
