Veteran Mentors is a veteran-led organisation dedicated to empowering young people through structure, discipline, and positive role modelling. We deliver immersive programs that help struggling youth rediscover their confidence, build resilience, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for mentors who are:
Self-motivated, humble, and team-oriented.
Passionate about helping young people succeed.
Ready to serve again – this time through leadership and guidance.
Physically fit with a basic level of fitness.
Defence Force or Emergency Services experience
Basic First Aid + CPR
Working with Children Check (QLD/NSW) & Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening)
Mental Health First Aid
(Advantageous: Cert IV Youth Work and/or Cert IV Child, Youth & Family Intervention)
If you don’t yet hold all of these qualifications, we can guide you through obtaining them.
